Barrow County’s administrative offices, courts, senior center and animal shelter will be closed Monday, May 27 in observance of Memorial Day.
Buildings and athletic fields will be closed at Victor Lord Park, though the park itself will remain open during the holiday weekend.
The Barrow County Animal Shelter and Senior Center will operate normal hours on Saturday, May 25.
Barrow County Water offices will be closed on May 27, but essential staff will remain on duty. Citizens reporting a water emergency may do so by calling (770) 307-3014 to be connected with appropriate on-call staff.
