Recreation Tackle Football
Registration begins on May 7th and ends August 3rd. Ages range from 7-12. Fee- $95. Age control date is “age prior to May 31st of 2012.” Please see link for Competitive Football information.
Flag Football
Registration begins on May 7th and ends August 3rd. Ages range from 5-6. Fee- $65. Age control date is “age prior to Sept. 1st of 2012.”
Fall Baseball
Registration begins on May 7th and will end on August 3rd. Ages 4-6. Fee- $70. Age control date is “age before May 1st of 2012.
Fall Fast Pitch
Registration begins on May 7th and will end on August 3rd. Ages range from 4-16 years old. Fee range- $75 to $90. Age control date is “age as of December 31st of 2011.
Youth Golf- Registration begins now and will end May 25th
"Barrow County will be offering a Youth Golf Program for Boys and Girls ages 7-18. They must turn 7 by August 1st of 2012 to participate and be no older than 18 as of August 1st of 2012. Registration fee will be $40 payable to Barrow County Recreation Department and will include a golf polo and participation insurance. All equipment is to be provided by the participant. There will be no organized practices set up by BCPRD. This is entirely a tournament program. Barrow County participants will compete against other participants from recreation departments such as Jackson County, City of Jefferson, City of Commerce, Banks County, Habersham County and Oconee County. Each tournament entry will cost $10 per participant and the participant is responsible for making the $10 payment to the host golf course. A parent and participant meeting will take place on May 31st at 6pm located at the Barrow County Recreation Department, rooms 125-126.
