The Public Works Department manages five departments; Engineering, Roads and Bridges, Wastewater Services, Water and Sewer Authority, and Stormwater Management. Our goal is to develop and plan infrastructure to meet the needs of the County and to provide quality services to the citizens of Barrow County.
