Board of Elections & Registration

The Board of Elections & Registration is responsible for registering citizens to vote, maintaining voter registration records, conducting all county elections, mailing out absentee ballots, training poll workers, and keeping abreast of all state laws pertaining to elections and voter registrations. In addition, this Board also conducts city elections for Auburn, Bethlehem, Carl, and Winder on a contractual basis whereby each city pays for the cost of their city elections.
